How time flies by.  This was taken when Sammy was only 2 weeks old.  I seen the idea on Pinterest, and fell in love with this sweet set up.  Considering I was only 2 weeks post surgery/postpartum, I'm pretty happy with results.  I wasn't able to climb up onto a chair as I would have liked, but it's still okay, considering.

Last week's wishes:
  1. photograph more.  done.  but don't stop!
  2. document more of life outside of our school.  I did and didn't.  I often schedule posts... so while school topics are being posted - they were written prior to this wish.  And most personal life things, I am documenting in an app called *Day One (Journal/Diary) by Bloom Built, LLC.
  3. send out Christmas cards.
  4. get new ornaments for the kids.  failed.
  5. relax.  less work more play - for 2 more weeks!
This week's wishes:
  1. wrap presents.  because leaving it until the last minute would be really not a smart thing to do.
  2. get outside with the kids.  we have snowsuits for a reason, and it isn't to hang pretty on a hook.
  3. sweep the floor nightly.  You'll thank yourself each morning.
  4. relax.  remember:  you are on a break.

  1. Same goal to wrap gifts. Ugh, I feel like it is never ending because I even wrap some of the small stocking stuffer things. Maybe I should heed one of your other goals & just relax.

  2. Sweep the floor nightly.. that's a brilliant idea if I ever heard one. Maybe one day I'll commit to that stroke of genius. Happy present wrapping to you!

  4. All wrapped up and done with presents, so on that level I'm not really helping, right ;-)? Sweep the floor nightly, love it, i vacuum every night before we go to bed, and always so happy that I do that. So happy to know I'm not the only one who does that!

And love the pic of your kids together, so sweet!

    Happy holidays!
