{Tot School} Fall/Thanksgiving

We are using Hubbard's Cupboard 2's Curriculum, adding in letters, shapes and colors. Emma was 27 months old.

Bible Memory:
Psalm 119:105  Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path

Autumn leaves are falling
Fall Leaves Fall
Fall Leaves: Colorful and Crunchy
Leaves by David Ezra Stein - {Emma loved this book.  I was just about to lose her attention when Bear asked the fallen leaf, "are you okay!?" and Emma was hooked.}

Language Arts and Art:

We learned A is for Acorn and did a dot page while say "ah".  We added "Aa" to our coconut tree.

For art we did a turkey craft and added fall leaf stickers to it.

Emma also decorated pumpkin cookies very "artfully".

We also made a fall tree.   I think it was a very windy day.  ;)

We sorted leaves by size (printable from Hubbard's Cupboard)

Field Trip:

We went to the Children's Museum to see the Avatar exhibit

learning her role as a big sister
